Implementing and Evaluating Growth Mindset Pedagogy – A Study of Finnish Elementary School Teachers

This article presents a study of five teachers at Finnish elementary school who implemented and evaluated growth mindset pedagogy (GMP). The received GMP training conducted student interventions in their classrooms. We analyzed the impact on teacher’s pedagogical thinking practices found significant differences between fixed-mindset growth-mindset ways they internalized applied principles. most important value was seen its emotion regulation through normalization hardship learning. discuss dangers superficial understanding mindsets education.
